Jade-Abresham(Silk Way): Amnesty International in a report released on August 10, called attacking on Hazaras’ areas as crime against humanity and called on Taliban to take the necessary measures to protect Hazaras.
Zaman Sultani, the researcher of the Amnesty International in South Asia said that Target full attacks on Hazaras was crime against humanity, it must be denounced and its perpetrators shall be brought to justice.
Sulatina also asked Taliban as the current rulers of Afghanistan to take urgent and impartial investigations on terrorist attacks on Hazaras according to the international norms.
Consecutive attacks on Friday and Saturday on Hazaras in West of Kabul had tens of casualties and they were widely condemned by the international community.
The Friday blast on August 5, in Sar e Kariz located in PD8, killed and wounded 80. In another attack on August 6, In Pul e Suhkta 24 were killed and wounded
UNAMA said more than 120 people were killed and wounded in Kabul.
Ricahrd Bennet, the UN Special Rapporteur on Human Rights in Afghanistan, condemned the terrorist attacks on mourning people in Kabul and termed it as the pattern of claimed crimes by ISIS in Kabul. While expressing his sympathy with the victims, he said Taliban shall ensure the security of all Afghans. The perpetrators shall be brought to justice.

He added that, aligned with Richard Bennet message, I join the initiative to protect all Afghans, especially Hazaras, and bringing to justice the perpetrators through justice programs.
