Jade-Abresham Weekly: lack of attention of the international community and especially the UN has caused the killing of former ANSF and the death of tens of children, women and men in Afghanistan.
Tens of civilians have been detained, tortured and killed in the country and no international organization including UNAMA has condemned them.
Panjshir: Local sources in Panjshir reported to media that Taliban on August 18 have beaten up 5 children in Dara district, Panjshir. They added that they had taken cattle to the grassland while they were beaten up by Taliban.
According to the local sources rib of one of the children has been broken and they have been imprisoned for 3 hours by the Taliban.
A video of children beaten up by the Taliban on 20 August went viral on social media in which the Taliban force a local elder to confess. While their hands are tied up, the Taliban tell them to say no children have been tortured there.
Panjshir: Local sources in Panjshir said that on 19 August Taliban gave the dead body of a man to his family who had died under torture. The local sources said that the victim was named Wakil who was detained and imprisoned by the Taliban one week ago.
Panjshri: Local sources in Panjshir said that on August 19 the Taliban detained a local vocalist in Herat. The detained person is named Ghanizada who had recently returned from Iran.
Parwan: Local sources in Parwan said on August 19 that Taliban has ordered the local elders to prepare the list of those who have recently returned from out of the country or want to leave the area. They add Taliban want to detain the former ANSF and former government officials by this tactic.
Zabul: Local sources said that Taliban beaten up on 20 August 5 young men using the three colors flag of Afghanistan. Taliban had formerly beaten up people for using the flag and had warned the people not to use it.
Daykondi: Local sources said to Jade Abresham that Taliban have severely beaten up a young man named Nematullah from Alqan viallge of Shahristan district.
They added that Taliban frequently went to the local water canal. According to them, this bothered the local area women and Nematullah had prevented Taliban form going there. As a result, they had beaten up Nematullah.
Takhar: Local sources say that on 20 August Taliban detained more than 20 civilians from Qumandan (commandor) Noor Mohammad village located in west of Taluqan and tortured them. Taliban also detained 20 other civilians accused of cooperating with the NRF.
Ghazni: Local sources said that on 20 August Taliban beaten up the local formers for collecting tithe and zakat in Nahoor district of Ghazni.
