Volunteer women of Rahe Qalam urged the Taliban to open schools for girls

 

Jade-Abresham(Silk Way): Volunteers workers of Rah e Qalam Institution demonstrated objected to the girls’ schools remaining closed on 3 August in Kabul.

Volunteer women of Rahe Qalam urged the Taliban to open schools for girls over 7 grade as soon as possible.

They have protested several times against Taliban policies and they have retreated they would continue their protests until women and girls’ human rights are ensured.

Rah e Qalam institution has been established by Mutieullah Wisa and has facilitated education programs for girls and boys in several provinces.

At the same time, a women’s rights protesting movement named “Afghanistan Women Fighters Self Motivated Movement” protested in Nimruz province on the remaining closure of girls’ schools and the presence of terrorist groups in Afghanistan.

These women protesting in a closed area with covered faces wrote on banners “This soil is my heritage, It is not your gist to carpet it under AL-Qaead and ISIS.
