Jade-Abresham(Silk Way): Local sources in Omid Sabz Twonship said that Taliban detained a former government employee in Shahrak Omidsabz, infront of Stanbul Plaza, and then severely beat him up on August 8. And then they took the man to an unknown place.
The family members of the man received his dead body on Wednesday night (9 August) that the signs of torture are visible on it.
People believe Taliban do not adhere to public amnesty decree and they just use it as to trap the former ANSF and public service employees.
