The Silk Way Weekly-Balkh: Taliban have told Wakeel Gozars to inform the people in Mazar e Sharif to get local passport and submit them to the Taliban security authorities.

These passports include detailed information about each family including political activities of them.

Ahmad Zia (fake name), told the Silk Way Weekly after the passport is filled up, the head of the family shall be guaranteed by a person living on the same street and it shall be approved by Wakeell Gozars.

If someone is not guaranteed by a person living on the same street, Taliban will make the person to leave the area.

Mohammad Aslam (Fake name), a local influential person told the SWW that Taliban sealed the house of two persons in Karte Abu Ali Sina after they could not find someone to guarantee them.

After the collapse of the former republic government, they immediately started house to house search for the former members of national security forces, public officials, human rights activists and civil society activists.

As a result, many people were detained, tortured and killed.
