Silk Way Weekly: A young man aged 22, was killed by armed men in Shibar district of Bamyan by armed men.
According to the local media, the man was named Ali dad.
Armed first tied Ali dad’s hand and then shot and killed him.
Ali dad was a shepherd in Sorkh qul, center of Bamyan.
