Baghlan: Local sources Khost district of Baghlan reported to media that the Taliban fighters detained a woman for not accompanied by her mahram (husband or close male relatives) and had beaten up her.
Following the Khost district women protested against Taliban saying some of them had missed their husbands due to war and some others have went abroad.
These women have been released by mediation of local elders.
Kabul: Kabul based local visual media reported on 26 September that the Taliban authorities have warned them not allow boys and girls jointly run programs.
Taliban also have ordered those women who they interview shall cover their faces and then be broadcasted and Media political guests for political programs shall be introduced by Taliban.
The Taliban fighters have ordered doctors of Abu Ali Sin regional hospital in Mazar e Sharif that no women shall treatment a male patient and no male doctor shall treatment a female patient.
The Taliban authorized announced this decree on 25 September.
Bamyan: Cave dwellers in Bamyan said the Taliban officials have ordered them to leave the caves (Magharas).
In a clip released on social media on 26 December, Taliban tell these people if they do not leave the caves their mouths will be filled with bullets.
Pankshir: Local sourced reported from Panjshir that the Taliban fighters had beaten up an old man on 25 December.
Local sources also reported that the Taliban fighters have tortured Fazu Min Allah and Mohammad Ul Rahman, the residents of Panjshir for wearing Pakol hat.
Kandahar: Local sources in Kandahra said that on 22 September, the Taliban fighters shot and killed a former member of ANSF.
Local sources said that he had been shot and killed during house to house search in Kandahar.
Baghlan: Local sources said that the Taliban fighters erased the word “Danishgah” the Persian meaning of University from the tablet of Baghlan University.
Local sources said that the Taliban officials had replaced a Pashtu tablet with the Persian one.
The Taliban officials have recently replaced the Persian tablets with Pashtu tablests in Balkh and Takhar universities.
The spokesperson of the Ministry of Higher education said some days ago that the “Poohantun” the Pashtu meaning for university is only a legal term for university in Afghanistan.
