Jade-Abresham(Silk Way): Taliban military commander in Herat said that on Wednesday, 20 September, their fighters detained a man who had sold her sister several times.
The Taliban media office in Herat said that he had sold her sister in Farah, Ghor and Badghis provinces for several times.
This person has confessed to his crime and is also accused of fraud and is under investigation in Herat.
