Jade-Abresham(Silk Way): The Taliban military command in Herat on 19 September said that they had detained a woman accused of fleeing her home.
The statement said the Taliban intelligence controlled the phone contacts of the woman and finally detained her.
“Criminal management of Herat on human smuggling could track a woman who had fled the home through tracking her phone contacts and detained her.” The statement said.
Local sources in Kapisa reported that the Taliban whipped 49 times 2 young women and 2 young men on 20 September accused of adultery in Hesa Awal of Kapisa.
Taliban desert has punished hundreds of men and women during one year of their rule.
