The Taliban Public Amnesty; The Bloody Cage of the Former Security Forces

The 3 former security forces were named Azizullah, Sultan and Khal Mohammad. Taliban have tortured them and ordered them either pay 300,000 afs or guns.
Mohammad Asif Waziri, the Spokesperson of Balkh chief police, said these 3 people have been released based on people guarantee.

Zabul: Local sources said that Hedaiatullah, the former chief of PD1 was killed on 17 July.
Local sources said that armed men have taken out Hedaiatullah by force from his house and then shot killed him.

Samangan: Local sources say that Taliban have tortured son of Abdullah khan, the former intelligence chief of Samangan.
Local sources reported that Taliban first surrounded Abdullah khan’s house in Khoram Sarbagh and then detained his son.
