Taliban Clerics Grand Meeting; Killing People Increased

 

Jade-Abresham(Silk Way)Weekly: Taliban armed men shot killed several people in different provinces of Afghanistan just one day after ending the clerics meeting in Kabul. Local sources say that on 3 July, Taliban shot killed Ezzatullah a local influential in Tudan wa Shemr area of Taliqan city.
Anamullah a Taliban member killed his father in law on 3 Jul, in Aq Kocha village of Kalafgan village.
Bamyan
Local sources say that Taliban arrested a geology student from Bamyan charge with relations with NRF. Amanullah Rahnawar the detained student is from second part of Behsud district of Maidan Wardak province. Taliban have move him to Maidan Wardak province and there is no information available about him.
Kabul
Local sources say that on July 18, Laieq Saifi one of the former officers of MOD has been detained in PD 11 of Kabul by Taliban. He had served as an officer in MOD for the former government and he is from Rakha district of Panjshir.
Relatives of Saifi say that Taliban first have taken him to Directorate 90 of inttligence and then have moved him to Directorate 40 of intelligence and they have no information about him after that.

On July 2, Taliban detained Chaman Shah Matin Advisor to the CEO Abdullah Abdullah along with his son from his home in PD 11 and moved him to an unknown place.
Baghlan
Local sources in Baghlan say that on July 1 shot killed Sarajul Haq Hakimi a fromer security forces officer in Pul Khomri of Baghlan. Local sources say he also has been local leader of Dahan e Ghori distrinct who was shot killed while performing the evening prayer

On 1 July, Taliban shot killed a shepherd in Andarab district of Baghlan. Local sources say that Mirza, the murdered shepherd, has been detained in Hazar Cheshma area and then has been shot killed. Taliban had through down his dead body off the mountain.

Badakhshan

Local sources say that Taliban have detained and beaten up Ezzatullah from Shohada district of Badakhshan.
Local sources say that on 2 July, have detained Ezzatulah but have not released him so far. Ezzatullah’s faily demand Taliban to release him.
Balkh
Local sources say that Taliban have detained Mohammad Sabir Batoor the chief of a social organization along with four other people from Sholgara district of Balkh. All the detainees including Brother of Batoor and his relatives and guests which have detained after attacked Batoor’s house and detained them after they were beaten up. The whereabouts of detainees is not clear yet.
Kabul
On 28 June, Taliban detained Wali Ahmad Sarih the former spokesperson of Nangarhar chief of Police from Kabul. Andarabi is originally from Andarab district in Baghlan and Taliban may have detained him for being from Andarab.

Kapisa
Taliban are detaining former security forces and youth in Kapisa. On 29 June, local sources say that Taliban have detained tens of people from Hesa Awal and Hesa Dowom districts of Kapisa.

They have been charged with cooperation with NRF and have moved them to an unknown place.
Ghazni
Taliban have detained 6 young people in Ghazni. The local sources say that 4 July, Taliban detained 6 young people from Ahangaran village in the center of Ghazni. There is not information about them so far.
Detaining and killing the former security forces is not a new issue but, after the meeting of clerics in Kabul a new wave of killings have started across the country. They issued a statement saying Mullah Habatullah Akhond, is the sharia ruler and say obeying him is obligatory according to Islam and anybody who stands against him must be beheaded.
