Jade-Abresham(Silk Way): On 12 June, Taliban shot and killed a civilian in Pashghor village of Hesae Awal district.
Local source say that Murtaza had mental disorder but Taliban killed him while he was running from the group.
Panjshir
Behzad Rasooli, wrote on his facebook, “Taliban killed today my niece-aunt son- who had mental disorder from childhood. They shot and killed him from the back.”
Local people say Murtaza’s mother brought the Holy Quran to the Taliban and begged them to free his son because he has mental illness and has no connections with NRF, but Taliban shot and killed her son.”
Abdul Rahim Bakhshi, a resident of Abshar district, was detained by Taliban some days ago and he has not been released yet.
Badakhshan
On 10 June Taliban killed a former security force from Baharak district of Badakhshan by knife.
Local sources say that Nasir Ahmad was a former member of counter narcotics department of Badakhshan chief police.
Helmand
On 12 June armed Taliban killed Niaz Mohammad, a baker in Lashkargah of Helmand.
Local sources say he has been stopped in a police checkpoint and then hae has been arbitrarily shot and killed by Taliban. He has been injured in shooting and died on the way to the hospital.
