Qane adds that he will share more and more precise details of the event with the media later.
Mohammad Tahir Zohair, the former governor of Bamyan, responded to this incident on his Facebook page and wrote: “Fourteen Hazara people were shot today in Ghor. Before this, several other murders had happened in the same place. That place means the ambush and killing place of Hazare men.

He added that now in Afghanistan, death is like a wandering ghost, only chasing the Hazara people.

Mr. Zohair also wrote: “Since killing the Hazara people does not have any consequences or serious follow-up, everyone, wherever they can, engages in this barbaric act.”

Referring to the Taliban’s claim of providing national security, Mr. Zohair wrote that security may be provided in Afghanistan, but not for the Hazaras.

After the Taliban returned to power, many attacks have been carried out on gatherings of Hazara citizens, from educational centers to religious ceremonies, and as a result, hundreds of people have been killed and injured.
