Silk Way Weekly: The media reported that two Taliban members named Basir and Gul Ahmad, who are employees of the Ghor Department of Education, were arrested by local residents at night after sexually assaulting two women in the village of Qutas in the city of Firoz Koh.
According to reports, these two Taliban members, who were arrested by the people around 01:a.m in the morning, claim that they entered the village of Quts to supervise a school and did not intend to rape anyone.
Qutas village is located 20 kilometers east of Firouzkoh city, the center of Ghor.
