Jade-Abresham(Silk Way): Taliban Chief of Police for herat said in a newsletter a man who had sold his mother for 450,000 afs several days ago has been detained on 3 August.
The newsletter added the man has confessed selling his mother but did not say why.
Some days ago, a man named Rasool sold his wife, 35, for 160,000 afs in Faryab. Local sources in Faryab said the man has been addicted.
